Quoting: "The archival material in this film is striking in the unusual quality of the immediacy of the images. It begins inauspiciously: images of the construction of train lines, Roma next to their trailers on the field, and then the entry of Roma and Sinti into a catalog made by the police department of Eisenstadt. This is a video based on found footage from historic archives in Burgenland from the period between the wars accompanied by electronically transformed Tamburizza music from Burgenland and Croatia."

Upcoming concert

We are invited by Euroranch to play (again) a show at Rhiz - Bar Modern on Feb, 16th, 2007.
Note that this show will be definitely the last performance of this live-set in its primary form. The next (undated) show will be the first presenting the newly brushed sound and video-layers we've been working on during the last couple of months. Come and listen. Moreover we also want you to get involved by singing some patterns to a selection of the recent recordings. This is going to happen live at rhiz right before the show. Drop as an email to get more info and also to register for joing the "Rhiz Noir Choir" which is exclusively founded for this evening only. You'll get the chance to take part on the upcoming album, hurra.

The production draws to a close.

folks, long time no see.
we've missed to inform you about the re-recordings of our first collaborate work. The recordings took place in vienna in august 2007. After several months pressing the pause-button, we've just met again to finish the work on this strange and still nameless entity. We managed to arrange two conclaves this january and are happy to work on this recordings again. Status: Post-Production, so we are near to completion.
